The Mother's Embrace

Sep 20, 2022

Where shall we begin? I loved taking time to tap into my 3 top lessons in the last days of being 33 before I step into year 34. So today, we will dive into those as a lot of things have shifted, big time, for me this year.

Also, if you’ve ever felt a little sad around your birthday, you are not alone. I’m opening up about what feels like one of the biggest birthday shifts (kind of ever) …inextinguishable joy. It’s new. And I like it, a lot.

So let’s dive in! Cozy up and let's chat about how my relationship to birthdays has changed, the importance of self-compassion, and my top 3 lessons from 33. I’ll also talk about finding the right support that we need, sharing other people’s gifts, and cheering for a better world. Let’s get started!

Note: I say “un-extinguishable joy.” Yes, it’s actually inextinguishable. Oopsie.
